I'm guessing that most people haven't heard. The mainstream media isn't talking about it very much, although there are some articles being put out by local news stations. Not in my city though. Here's the official video: EAS National TEST 11-9-11 - YouTube Not necessarily saying there's anything to worry about. |

Why the fear and panic? Why are you so worried about everything (here, in the thread you started about WW3, in your other thread on the Fed, etc.)? I know there are some unpleasant things in this world, and we may need to pay attention to them sometimes, but if all you focus on are threats and worries, you're only going to experience fear, anxiety and unhappiness, and you won't get to enjoy the things in this world that aren't unpleasant, the wonderful parts. life isn't all gloom and doom; some of it is lovely! |

I'm looking for suggestions on the best way to panic in a situation like this. I realize the prime panic opportunity has passed this time, but surely similar ones will occur in the future and I want to be prepared. I was thinking cowering in a bunker with canned beans, distilled water, rifle + ammo, chemical toilet, crank-powered radio, and an inflatable woman might be optimal. But I'm sure the people on this forum have some good ideas too |
