And quack conspiracy theories don't count as something that is "known." Wikileaks provides something approaching hard evidence, which is not anything that the inhabitants of the respective countries had ever seen to that extent.

lol What I just realized, is how can something be propaganda, if the information is fact, AND is known by all the countries? I thought propaganda are meant to be lies.
