Thank you!! I don't think I will be around on the forum for the next few days due to no electricity. The last major hurricane we had was scary as you see flying debris and trees falling. My next door neighbor had a tree fall into the house. Should be interesting *starts putting up tape on the windows* Thanks again!! |

Lots of flooding here. Road has washed out up the road in one or more places, bottom of the driveway has washed out, a bridge down the road looked like it may wash out and strand me and scores of others. Couple of neighbors already have water flowing about a foot above their front step.

Well, I'm stranded. At least two of the bridges on the only road out of my section of town are damaged and/or have road washouts on both sides. But at least I still have power. Also, I see that my state seems to be getting national press. Worst flooding in 80 years? I'd believe it! |
