So there were the Vancouver riots as cars were overturned and set on fire, brawls with the police and stores looted. All of this because the home team the Vancouver Canucks, lost the final game to the Boston Bruins for the Stanley Cup hockey championship. Sounds like poor levels of emotional intelligence here as the hooligans definitely did not manage their actions due to their high emotions very well. They obviously did not think about the consquences of their actions. Many even posed for photos and videos. Now the police has many leads to work from to catch the rioters. People overseas are protesting over freedom. But this offenders in Vancouver rioted over a lost hockey game. Amazing! Any thoughts? |

As a Boston sports fan I can say with a definitive tone, that those fans were angry that their team snatched defeat out of the Jaws of victory.. something my beloved red Sox used to do on a regular basis... Do not think Red Sox fans ever destroyed Boston.... In all seriousness I really do not get it when things like this happen.. although perhaps it has something to do with the amazing emotional high that watching a series like that can give...It was a pretty amazing series....I would say that no matter who won...
