3rd house careers are anything with short stimulating exchanges between people. Self-expression and communication is key for your professional success. This planet conjunction (Sun/Mars) is opposite Jupiter in the 9th which has a lot to do with travel and foreign cultures. With the 3rd house connection of communication, it could mean maybe some kind of publishing about travel. Dealing with the public and large groups is tied into bringing you success and recognition because of the aspects with the Moon in the 11th (groups) being the ruler of the 9th (mind expansion / travel) and making aspects to Jupiter in the 9th. So what career is suited for you? Your chart shows a lucrative career working in a travel group, publishing about tourism, knowing your locality and communicating that in writing or speech for foreign cultures. That kind of stuff would seem to bring you a lot of money because the ruler of your 2nd house (money house) is Jupiter in the 9th of travel/mind-expansion. It could manifest in a different way though. Maybe Excellent Lodstar will give you a few hints too.

You are right though, the things you said could be interpreted in a different way.

I will say that starting in 2014 you will be entering a very fruitful period that will last till around age 54. But determining those areas of life that will benefit depend on where you choose to "take root" It will be a positive time, the only question is what areas of life will receive the positive "Hit"

*ed* btw if infact you are interested in travel / foreign cultures, be aware that me saying tourism was a suggestion but not as an astrologer per say. If someone told me they liked travel I might suggest tourism... but there's other options. I probably shouldn't be too specific like that. I see Lodstar says you live in Brazil.. that suggests you're already dealing with foreign cultures (9th house). You like to have long deep conversations with clients, ok. Communication is important... but you don't like dealing with groups because of introversion. Hrmm... Should have seen and emphasized that from Saturn in the 11th. So what do you do currently? I'm intrigued. btw thanks for the feedback, helps me improve Last edited by Lionman; 01-27-2011 at 01:03 PM.

I am currently in Belo Horizonte, Brasil. I will stay here for the next 2-3 years, at least that's the plan, because my sweetheart is studying here. After that, I really don't know. I could stay here in Brazil. I could return to Europe. I feel a particularly strong attraction to Norway. I also love Russia, or Japan, or even California. Or another country in South America. Really I don't know. It's interesting you are mentioning 2014. In 2014 my fiancé will be done studying and willing to maybe relocate. I am also planning on having babies around that time. We don't know yet where to settle down. Can you tell me which life areas will benefit most depending on which of these options I choose? PS: Btw, did I mention that I love your nickname? I already told you I think. Makes me smile every time I see it. I then say it in my head, with emphasis on Exxxxxcellent.

Lionman, I think the specific way you interpreted the information wasn't that accurate (or I just didn't like it For example I am dealing with travel and foreign cultures. I am a language fetishist, currently learning my fifth language and speaking three of them fluently. I give readings in three different languages. I emigrated three times and currently live in Brazil, which has a very different culture from the place I come from. I also love to travel to network and meet people I resonate with that I met online. For example last year I spent a month in Norway to see friends I had met online. So, what you said was accurate, just the way you specifically interpreted it (tourism) was off for me, because it is what you filter through your own frame of reference. A lot of things you said were accurate, as long as you did not interpret them. Communication and self-expression are indeed important for my career, since I am a psychic, spiritual healer and Soul Realignment practitioner. I give readings, talk to clients, talk to spirits, and write a blog on my website, so yeah, communication and self-expression. In the future this will become even more important, as I intend to expand myself into public speaking, creating videos, teaching classes or giving workshops, giving speeches about spirituality and energy, etc. Then I will also need to deal with groups and the public, as you accurately said. Communication together with travel does not mean publishing about travel to me (yuck), but it could be something like public speaking about spirituality worldwide, or traveling to connect with other lightworkers internationally, etc. I see myself as a messenger whose mission it is to spread love and light in the world, and this entails both communication and travel. The only bit I cannot make sense of is "short stimulating exchanges", as I tend to have long, deep conversations and to build strong relationships with my clients. Maybe when I go more into giving speeches? Basically, I think what you said made a lot of sense, I just advise you not to interpret what you find too specifically. Thank you very much for your input. |

Hi Rosie, I will get back to you; I'm behind at the moment with my clients, and it's only fair to them since they are paying. I think you'll like what i have to share though, as your "dharma" is very clearly indicated in your chart. talk soon .. Peace |

Thanks, that's very helpful! I've always known the people who's charts I've read like my friends and celebrities, so it's been easy to see what in the chart equals what in their life. Doing it for people I don't know is new to me, so it's great to get feedback like this. Quote:

*sigh* I'm still a Cancer with the new Zodiac. I'm not sure where I sit with astrology, I used to believe in it but now I'm more inclined to believe it's only true for you if you believe it to be so. If what I just said is indeed true maybe I should write my own horoscopes |
