You wonder if someone could see Lehmann's demise coming. Yes, someone did. Auditors lied. It is likely that the auditing firm will rename itself after the case is over and will continue operating. No real accountability. Ernst & Young Faces Fraud Charges - WSJ.com Wall Street needs transparency and ethics. The worst of all is that the solution to the problem is to add more problems, and leave a legacy of debt to the future generations.
