Default Protest Numbers Estimated over 1 Million - more events scheduled

Over one millioin concerned citizens estimated joined in opposition of the policies laid out by the newly elected regime. More protests are scheduled and are anticipated to be larger across the nation.

I prefer the higher estimate, but maybe it's somewhere in the middle at 700,000 or so.

Anyway - we'll see if Iran's numbers top the low-end 300,000 benchmark set by the US protests.

I can't seem to find any total tally's by NBC, CBS, ABC or even Moveon.org

I wouldn't call bank bailout policies of the new regime of the US. Obama just continued Bush policies in that regard.

I agree - Bush should have never set the precedence! He should also have not set the precedence for outrageous spending and growing the national debt. Obama has taken that baton and is running with it thanks to Bush's push in that direction.
