| Transparency is the solution here -- every dollar should be accounted for. Obama has that written into his platform, here, and has even spoken with Google about creating an application to display online what every federal dollar is spent on. Not sure about McCain, he is not so much a technology fan though. I'd love to see whoever stole that money be prosecuted too. Not sure if it'll happen though. Does the DOJ have to do it?
