Default Scott Ritter for VP?

After watching this video and an hour long speech Mr. Ritter gave - I wrote the Obama campaign a letter asking if Mr. Ritter was being considered for VP / Sec State. I can't think of anyone more passionate about foreign affairs or as qualified to speak on them.

Scott Ritter: "If you want to be anti-war, that means you have to be in conflict with those who are pro-war"
