Default Mom on YouTube for Barack Obama

Hi,

I just wanted to share this clip of my mom on YouTube speaking about Barack Obama. She did a lot of work campaigning for him and running as a delegate in PA. Here is the link to her clip on YouTube. I think it's quite good and well-articulated for a spur-of-the-moment take. I especially like the part when she points out that Obama appeals to the good side of people rather than bad things like fear.

It's either Ron Paul or Obama this November

Barrack Obama
The possible hyperinflation in the coming years will lay the path of more socialism/collectivism in America to relieve the destroyed middle class and poor. How long can socialism thrive in America after the dollars tank is up to everyone guess. (It will cost more to print money for socialist programs when the dollar ~ 0 ) The other fake republicans with "fake paper money free market and costly war against terrorism" policy will not cut it.

Ron Paul
He will come in and destroy the printing press owned by the fed and implement the "real" free market that uphold sound money backed by commodities. War will be ended and inflation contained or slowed down drastically. The world may descend into a few years of deflationary recession ( Major correction for all the fake wealth ) before making a sustainable recovery and growth. The world will live in peace for decades until ........ the history repeat itself by another madman

Wow, that's a great clip. Your Mom is spot on!

My Mom is voting for Obama too! It is the first time she has voted Democratic in years, and it's because I made her watch Sicko and she is now highly concerned about universal health care.

Sicko...hmmm, I'll have to ask her what that is...she and my brother are my primary sources of political opinions and information. I'm too sensitive or sensible, or too something, to deal with that nasty stuff on a daily basis and still manage to function emotionally well every day.

My mom has voted democrat all her life and has campaigned for a few presidential candidates, including Gore and Kerry. In my lifetime, she has only won once, with Clinton. Growing up watching her lose all the time sort of put me off the whole idea of voting and politics, since it seemed like the "bad guy" won every time. I often even know who is going to win long before elections take place, because I feel the collective thinking of the US. I knew Bush would win the second time, for example, and I kept telling my mom who kept nagging me to register to vote, that it won't matter, Bush will win with or without my vote.

However, this time, for the first time ever, I think I am going to register to vote in the US and, for the first time ever, I am going to vote in the US . Especially if Obama beats Hilary.

P.S. Btw, good for you for enlightening your mom!
