Default Holosync/AIFF

So how much of the 'holosync' is lost when you don't convert the files to AIFF onto your ipod. Because I'm currently using AIFF for all my holosync but the files are so big I'm not even close to being able to fit all of the songs onto my iPod. Is the difference that great between AIFF and ACC or what is the most efficient out of AIFF ACC Apple lossless MP3 and Wav. Because I want to fit all of my paraliminals on my iPod but using AIFF is too big but I don't want to use ACC if it's just going to ruin the holosync which is the whole point of using paraliminals. Any suggestions?

I'd recommend calling centrepointe and asking regarding holosync. It shouldn't matter with the paraliminals though. Also make sure that the headphones you're using are sensitive enough, I had to buy new ones to encompass the full frequency range used (for holosync).

I'd like to know as well.

Everyone claims that you lose the effect when you compress it. But most of these people are making guesses and really don't know what they're talking about. I don't care about guesses based on subjective experiences because the placebo effect could account for the difference.

I'd like to hear about a study done by the company themselves, done by comparing actual EEGs or whatever.
