Default Please review my new site

Hello,
I was hoping some or all of you would check out my new site Work At Home Resource - The Resource Mega Site for Information on Working At Home and tell me what you think? It's my first real site and it covers a subject I'm very interested in. Suggestions good or bad are definitely welcome!

Thank you,
FuZe

Hi Fuze. I guess I'll take a crack at this first.

First, the disclaimer: When it comes to stuff like this, everyone has an opinion, so feel free to throw out whatever I say if it doesn't suit you, and keep in mind that my intention is to help.

1) If your going to keep ads on your site at this early stage of the game, do some work to blend the colors so that they more closely match your site. According to Google's own recommendations, people won't click on ads if they appear garish.

2) Is all of your content borrowed from other sites and article directories? Unless you write your own compelling content, it may be hard to establish a loyal following. Exceptions do exist, I suppose, but your aggregation service would have to be truly exceptional, with valuable insight.

3) Other than the ad block, the site looks professional at first glance.

4) I think most users would want to see a more developed introduction telling us who you are, why you started the site, and what special insight you have regarding your topic. I'd work on that intro a bit more -- it should be an effective sales pitch for your site.

I hope this helps!

Hi Fuze, below is my opinions:

1. You really have to put more hard works to write your own content. If you want to make money from Adsense, content is very important
2. Maybe you should add some part to explain what is the value or benefits your site can provide to me, as a visitor. This is what we called USP - Unique Selling Position that I have learnt recently.

Overall, my first impression on your site is good. Hope to see more contents in future.

Good luck!
Harrison
