Post Levitation: Patented?

On one of my frequent internet information searches, i came across an interesting invention, called the Weightless Toy Object(catchy name, don't you think?). I have only found one site with information about it, a patent site:Weightless toy objects - Patent 6099376.
It consists of an object filled with the correct amount of helium so that the weight of the object and the buoyancy of the helium within it balance out, effectively suspending the object in midair, or levitating. Strangely, i cannot find anywhere that i can buy them. I have a suspicion that they were just an idea as the site has diagrams but no pictures. If anyone here finds out anything else about this invention, i would like to know. Thank you.

You don't have to have an working invention to get a patent.

Yep. These two guys who patented this are just making sure that if some other schmuck tries to do it, they can demand royalties...

I'm sure you can make an air-tight container and get helium - it's just a more refined version of a balloon. It's not very good levitation though, because any change in the total weight that doesn't keep the same density will make it sink or rise.
