How weird is that? Jonathan I had already stumbled your article on being here now. Not because I saw this but because I thougt it was excellent!

Careful of Stumble's TOS guys you don't want to get banned. Bearing that in mind I'm not going to aks you to stumble this but if you read it and wanted to help me on a personal mission then who am I to complain?

I'm not sure quite what you're asking? Any website can be "stumbled", regardless of whether that website's owner is a member of StumbleUpon.

Hi All,

I do use the Stumbleupon method to drive traffic to my site, on occasion.

But, I do not, however, find that it has great sticking power.

(Plus if you stumble the same site too many times they block you from stumbling it any further.)

When I look at my stats a see a temporary astronomical boost is visitors, but if I investigate a bit deeper I find that few to none of those stumblers hang around long enough to have read the content.

It also does not appear to garner many loyal fans. It has resulted in a few. But with a sticking power of about 10-20 per thousand, is it really a viable option for getting yourself known?

Yes it is kinda fun, but not a great marketing strategy.

Topic-specific forums seem to work much better.
