Reddit is a tooouuuugh crowd! Just wanted to get that off my chest I'm not one for blog spam either, so I get it. It's a fine line to walk though. And Reddit's reception varies drastically by subreddit, which adds to the confusion of best practices. I like the community to some extent, but it's really become more of a message board than a front page of the Internet, and I wonder if most of its readers are aware of the departure from its intention. (even though as an IT I acknowledge that the tech is actually defined by its usage, no matter what the intent.) Anyway, I'm licking tiny wounds, trying to shed the negativity. As an aside, note that rejection is never personal in "sales," it's a very natural and instinctual reaction by anyone at the beginning of an encounter. Objections offer a wonderful opportunity to overcome and help someone discover something beneficial Anyone have great reception within Reddit? Last edited by chadcharlie; 12-10-2011 at 02:06 PM.
