 |  Why my permalink shows my post title as numbers rather than the title

Check if your .htaccess file is writeable by Wordpress. You can view and change this by logging in through FTP. These are the steps with FileZilla: 1) right click on .htaccess 2) click on File Permissions... 3) set it to 755 or even 777. 4) click OK After you made the changes in Wordpress, change them back to 644 (or whatever it was). |
