Blogspot, Tumblr, and some other platforms offer ease of use, but there is a huge WordPress community out there. This weekend, I spoke at a WordPress user group in Dallas. There are WordCamps all across the nation, gatherings of users coming together for a weekend to discuss the platform and attend workshops

Using blogging platform like wordpress makes it easy for the user to do blogs. Also it has dashboard so that you can easily customize what ever field you want to change in your blog. It also has different features that is very useful in editing your blog and it takes on minutes to do so.
