Default Recognizing MP3 as a podcast on Itunes?

Whenever I load a podcast like one from Steve's site, it automatically puts it in the music area of my Ipod. How do I label as a podcast so my Ipod can sort it under the podcast catagory instead of just music. I'd like to know the same with an Audiobook.

I went to the properties and tried to change it but for some reason it didn't work. If anyone can point me to a link to help me out it'd be much appreciated, I can always use more tips for my Ipod. Thanks

I have no idea how iTunes automagicly manages the individual files and determines what goes where. I've taken to managing my music/podcasts /audiobooks by creating a playlist for each. I have to do it the old-fashioned way, by hand. Unfortunately, this messes up the 'shuffle' function, as podcasts, etc. get thrown into the musical mix.
