I really like the Chrome Theme called Stitch, but I wish I could change the colors. Is there any way to do so?

I think the only thing you can do is install different Chrome themes. Or if you are a developer, then you can play with it.

Click the little monkey wrench icon, click Options (not Enhanced Options) and click Personal Stuff then click Get Themes under the Reset Theme button.
