Default Start your own affiliate network

How much money would you need to start your own affiliate network. What legal ramifications would be involved (such as risk of fraud)?

So you have a product and you want to allow people to sell it as affiliates to earn a commission?

I have an idea for a unique affiliate network, but not sure what the legal ramifications are. Don't want to have to hire a fraud team.

Okay, so I assume it's not what I thought it was? There are many definitions for "affiliate network".

If there is going to be a lot of money exchanged, and you plan to grow it into a big network, it's always smart to consult a lawyer.

By "affiliate network" you mean ____.

My assumption is that you mean like clickbank or plimius. As in starting your own "clickbank" where you oversee people who want to run their products through you.

Is that correct?

It would definitely have to be incorporated I believe as well as you should get a decent lawyer that concentrates on online startups e.t.c. You'll need guidance on this and you would be up against some big competition. I personally like how DigiResults concentrated on becoming an affiliate network for most make money online product creators.
