Default CMS feedback/uploading

Hi,

Just wondering if there is some CMS out there that would allow me to create multiple users, give them each a password to their own allocated area, where they can see feedback, marks, and I can upload annotations, to their work. So that might mean uploading files like pdfs, zips etc

I know sort of do that in "collections" in google docs, but I can see that you could easily send the wrong information to the wrong user.

So I was just wondering if there was some other off the shelf alternative.

Drupal is the best option. All that you have mentioned can be done in no time. But there is a small learning curve. If you wish, I can do that for you.
