Default Widows PowerShell was Installed on my PC

I just noticed somehow "Windows PowerShell" was recently installed on my computer. I didn't install it (pretty sure) - and run my computer in restricted mode, so nobody here did either. Is somebody trying to hack my computer or something like that? Should I uninstall it, since I don't use it?

I did install "Adobe Flash Player 10 Acive X" from a prompt today, could this have someting to do with it?

I'm pretty sure Windows PowerShell is an update if I remember correctly. I don't think there's anything to worry about.
