There was a site that I found that provided unlimited online video storage for $20 a year but I forgot the address. Does anyone know it?

Something you can do is to buy big usb hard drives . I bought a 1000 giga bite drive a few years ago for less than $100 . You can get two or more and make duplacate files , one on each drive . desert rat

Do you need storage for personal use, or hosting so you can share the videos?

If you need hosting Dreamhost might work, they offer unlimited sotrage, but it's more like $8 a month.

Don't cheat yourself. "Unlimited storage" for $20/yr will likely be run by some poor student out of his basement computer.
"Unlimited" is a marketing pitch. When you start using lots of "unlimited"-ness - service provider will usually either shut you down or warn you to upgrade plan.
