Which sites do you use to find good freelance tech people?

I've used RentACoder and been happy with the result.

I'm a coder on rentacoder; I also use programmermeetdesigner to find some work, and I intend to get a few jobs on guru.com when I have the time. I tried to find a designer on programmermeetdesigner and saw some pretty high prices, but it might be better quality than rentacoder.

Rentacoder probably has the most protection for the buyer, but the other sites allow coders to show you their own websites so you can actually see their work; I believe rentacoder has the highest fee so that's not good for the coder (programmermeetdesigner has none).

I've used elance, scriptlance and RaC and by far the best is Scriptlance.

Finding a good reliable coder who speaks decent english is a challenge.

I found RaC to have the worst interface and elance is more for everything other than coding.

Scriptlance is not without it's problems, but it works for me.

HTH
