I vote for Sony EReader. (a) you can use it anywhere in the world (b) plays just about any kind of book and word doc (c) you can upload and download via computer USB and store stuff on SD cards. (Also plays MP3 files and displays photos albeit in black and white!) Kindle seems to be a bit limited and you have to be able to receive the books via the wireless system (US based) (though I think it's just become availabe in the UK) and they can also remotely DELETE books! (Didn't this happen appropriately enough with Orwell's 1984?) |
