Default Web hosting for only a few months??

Hey I'm looking to put up a website with some videos of me playing tennis for college teams, and I'm only going to need it up for maybe 2 or 3 months. Is there a domain name service and web hosting service that allow you to register a domain and host a web site for only a few months? Most of the services in the sticky list rope you into a year contract.

Thanks a ton
Erock

You could use a free blog service if you wanted.

or Myspace. They can do vids I think.

Alternately I wouldn't have a problem putting it up on my account if you wanted.

The only issue then being if you wanted to buy a domain name or not...

Hmm. You are giving me an idea here. I wonder how much of a market there would be for short term web pages.

Probably not much I am guessing though...

The problem is not the hosting but the name registration, you need to register yourname.com for at least one year

I can sort you out with hosting for a few months, but as other posters have said, it's the domain name that costs. But then, domain names are cheap these days anyway.

They cost a HUUUGE $6-10

Erok, if you picked a domain name I could use, I would buy it and let you use it for a few months than take it back after.

Because I have plenty of sites atm to develop, but will need more later.
