Which image?

Just right click > View Background Image (for FF, or whatever's equivalent):

Like if you go to Steve's twitter page, the image shows the front cover of his book, his w/s url and url's of his forum and podcasts.

Yeah, using Firefox, you can just right click and view the image from the menu:

There's probably a similar equivalent for most major browsers.

I've only ever been able to do this with Firefox. I just tried it in Safari and its not possible from what I can tell. Yet another reason why I love firefox.

In Safari's quest to be simpler getting to an image means having to look through the View source.
Safari does have a nice dynamic search(ctrl-f/cmd-f) to get to the url pretty quickly. Better than FF out of the box there. Look for the term background or profile in the source and it should pop out. then copy paste.
