Do you mean that you want the mp3 file to repeat over and over automtically?

Or are you having problems starting the audio track again manually once it is completed?

It looks like you can only do it in the quicktime player itself, so technically something loaded online isn't played with the quicktime player Apple - QuickTime - Tutorials - Preparing Media for streaming
