flowchart freeware - know any?

I want to draw some flowcharts and I know I can do it using Powerpoint or Word, but I was wondering if there's a bit of software that will allow me to just type in, say,

Is it this?
Yes
then do this
No
then do that

and turn it into the correct symbol with arrows coming off it to the decision boxes and jiggle it all about on the page so I don't have to spend hours moving things about!

I only have a couple of fairly standard uses for it, so don't want to invest in Visio or anything
