Default Marking and commenting files on Windows

Hi there,

Hope everyone is doing well I'm trying to setup something on my Windows machine where I can add comments or mark files that I have looked and haven't looked at. I want to do this to keep track of my personal developmenet material. To know what I still haven't looked at, what I looked at and found interesting etc. I rather not create a separate folder like "Interesting" or anything because I want to keep thingss in their respective categories. Any ideas?

Thanks!

For now I've decided to just create a new "Send To" item and just have the new Send To item create a shortcut in the respective folder, but if anyone still has any good suggestions please let me know.
