Default animated image generator

Is anyone aware of an animated image generating software that creates moving images like the ones here and is exportable to a movie format like Quicktime?

Would love to find one!

Don't know if you'd get exactly the same style, but the music player/jukebox WinAmp includes a visualisation system called MilkDrop. If you found a MilkDrop visualiser that you liked, you could probably use a screen recorder to grab a video of it.

Thanks! I found a wonderful visualizer, but what is this screen recorder thing? Are there free screen recorders available?
