Interesting, all of you! I think care should be taken in choosing the page, bc you see it daily, esp in the morning before checking email, etc. I need a new one, Ideally it would be positive, progressive in focus, with some relation to global events, and with daily turnover of content. Already tried traditional news, had NYTimes main page as my homepage, but it's quite negative, then switched to NYTimes arts, but that's not so positive either.. but both seem better than CNN Though I kind of like connecting to the global flow of events a bit. or maybe, from a productivity standpoint, a blank page would be okay for now. hm. |

Try Google Its a customizable homepage, on my main page I have Google Calendar, Google Notebook, Google Reader, Gmail, Wikipedia Search Bar, Weather and my bookmarks all on that page, and on another tab I have a bunch of news feeds from most of my favorite big sites. There are also a bunch of different types of these...pageflakes, netvibes or YouOS (which I hate) but I like the google one cause its simple and googles apps are usually ahead of the curve. If they can make Google Docs blog interface as good as the flock browsers, then thats all I need | |

As per a post on this forum I've set mine to Google Homepage with a todo list (with my top items), calendar and date. It's amazing how many of the activities on that list I'm getting done without thinking about it!

My site Love and Marriage | Dating & Relationships: Kloudiia’s Kit: Dating Affairs Just to make sure it's up and running P.S Oh and isn't it so coincidental that I'm posting a reply talking about my own site to celebrate my 300th post in this forum? |

One browser is set to my blog's admin screen so I can go right into writing a post without getting distracted. The other is set to my printer's main site for my business so I can go check on orders quickly without getting sucked into something else (hopefully |
