Apart from The Journal recommended by Steve, do any of you use any other software as journals in windows os?

Free for the very basic one, yes. It's $30 for the full/professional one.

I'm going to give the trial version a try. it looks interesting. Thanks for pointing it out.

As an update (where did the edit button go? Weird 0.o) I've tried out the iDailyDiary software for a couple days. It looks very nice, neat and bug-free so far. Showed it to my partner who was also interested in using it and I might just go for the full version soon.

With this program I can make as many password protected diaries as I want (great for my different craft activities) and it can fit on a memory stick, so it's good for traveling. It's everything like Microsoft Word's free flowing style but with much more options, calendars and search functions. Fancy.

Thank you, SeaRod, for showing this to everyone. I hope the OP gives it a try or at the least has found something else to their liking by now.
