I need to find a good system for storing my contacts, prospective clients etc. Can anyone recommend some good software or configurations of certain software (i.e. outlook) to manage contacts specifically for managing a small business? Or, what do you use? |

Hey Greg. I actually spent a lot of time looking for this earlier in the year and wasn't able to find anything I really like. It was rumored that the 37 Signals guys were going to come out with something and since I love their Basecamp app I was looking forward to that but I e-mailed Jason over there a while back and he said not to expect anything anytime soon. So for now I'm stuck just putting everything into Outlook and synching to the Blackberry. It's not ideal but there doesn't seem to be a better solution on the market. Certainly sales reps can use Saleforce.com, Sugar CRM or ACT but I think those solutions are probably overkill for what you and I are looking for. I'd love any suggestions others have. |
