Is there a way to improve the quality of ads?
I have a web site with google ads displayed on it, but the quality of ads has never been very good. (I have the section targeting and all that.) I think the problem is due to the limitation of context.
The topic of the site is hiking trails. A human with a brain would think to put ads about hiking gear. The site is not about hiking gear and I'm not about to start slipping in stuff about shoes and backpacks into descriptions of how to get to the trail. That would be silly.
So I am wondering if there is a way to improve the quality of the ads so that they have something to do with hiking beyond silly things like "fitness singles"? (I don't think I have ever used the word fitness on the site. I use the word "hiking" everywhere, so why not hiking boots??)
