Default How to put Password in MS Outlook

Guys can I put password on every mail that I will send?

I am using MS Outlook in office

Could you be a little more specific on what you want to do?

By the way, I recommend you switch to Thunderbird - Reclaim your inbox unless your work requires you to use Outlook.

I want to put password on the mail that I will send MS Outlook mail require in my job.

So, you want people to know the password before they are allowed to open the e-mail that you send? That's not exactly supported by an e-mail client that I know of. You may be better off using different means of communication such as Lockbin is a free service for sending private email messages. People use it to send things like credit card information or confidential information.
