How do you put a left column with links on a vbulletin site?

Its no easy task, I am sure.

Left Sidebar on all pages. - vBulletin.org Forum

Or of course there's always the customization work you could do yourself in the forum display templates.

Thanks I fixed the template now but I would like to add table content with links like to the side of this forum..

When I paste it in nothing shows up..
