I just downloaded a free 45 trial of a computer journal software and I fell in love with it. I highly recommend at least trying out the trial... I'm not a sales rep or anything just wanted to share this to you guys. The Journal v4.1 - Journal Software / Diary Software - Free Download - For your life, for your work, for you! |

YES! I had downloaded a trial of this long ago and then couldn't find it again when I was thinking about it recently. Thanks for posting the link! Actually, since I gave up looking for The Journal, I decided to start using the Google Notebook (free) for journaling, note taking, working on article/blog ideas, etc. It's been working out great, and it's available at the click of a button from my browser no matter where I am. i bought it half a year ago - and since then i manage nearly everything with this software. Dates, events, journals, todolists,... this software is SO powerful - i would recommend to try it out for everyone and take 2-3 hours to explore some of its features. also: the author almost weekly updates the software, adding new features, etc. There is also a discount for students or other groups of people |

It has so much flexiblity, features, and cool options that i find i can use it for everything i needed plus more. I even can mount the drive, use VMware and use it on Linux (which i use alot) I have not used the advanced diary mentioned by zejili. However, the idea of being able to voice record stuff seems very cool, so i will have to look into that one Adrienne Adrienne | |

On my iMac I use MacJournal 4.04 It also has voice recording, and the option of publishing either your journal to a blog, or your voice posts to a podcast (pretty cool).
