Default adsense page impressions?

Hey does anyone know if adsense page impressions calculations are for unique visitors?

The impression calculation on the Overview page is the total number of times an Adsense ad box has been shown on your site. So, no it's not for unique visitors. There may be a way to show that in the Advanced Reports section, but I'm not aware of one at the moment.

I don't think it's only for unique visitors. I always have thought of it to be page views because when I look at my traffic stats, they are very close to each other compare to my unique visitors.

Plus, it wouldn't make sense if it was only for unique visitors. It'll be illogical that way in my opinion.

^^Exactly, just compare you stats program's page views with that of adsense, they will be nearly the same.

they don't publically give details for adsense. There are 2 sources of the money calculated. CPM cost per 1000 page impressions and CPC cost per click ad. The prices differ according to the category the ad is under.
