Default Everything I Know About Blogging

Hi all,

I received a lot of help from these forums when starting out (eg I first learned about StumbleUpon here) so I would like to share my blogging knowledge with you. I have recently written an article with a variety of tips and tricks called:

Everything I Know About Blogging

Enjoy

Peter

Peter, that's a great set of tips, and the section on Flickr is very helpful!

I wonder if you'd know -- for images with a creative commons "non-commercial" licence, would it be appropriate to use the images on a free blog which has adverts on? Ie. I wouldn't be selling the images but the blog is monetised (albeit makes me about $0.06/day ;-))

Thanks,

Ali

Hi Ali,

Glad to hear the article was helpful.

To the best of my knowledge, that is fine to use the images in the way you mention.

Peter

Your article was fairly helpful. The topics that talked about deciding on what to write about, who to write it for, and whether you care or your audience cares about what your writing was the most helpful.

Unfortunately, I am using blogger currently, so some of the topics about design and widgets did not apply.

Other than that though, very influential article.

Thanks,

Zack
