| Does anyone know how this all works? I'm working as an assistant with a small business owner. She is on a mac, and has .mac. She also has an iPhone. But, she wants stuff to be centralized (i.e. online) and to keep everything from calendars to contacts, etc. synced and condensed. I've looked in Google Apps...Basecamp...Plaxo... I'm so confused. Any guidance would be appreciated. |

| Uber, have you used apple's support? Go to Apple. You can do a search in the manuals and you can also log on to the discussions and ask a question if you can't find your answer already. It's great in there -- they've already solved a lot of my puzzles. Also, if there's an Apple store near you, they have free in-depth classes on individual subjects like using .mac that you might find useful. edit: in the apple site, find your location, and the store's site will list out the classes offered. |
