 Outsourcing Software Development I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for specific companies to outsource software development work to? (c# asp.net). I develop hosted software/web app solutions and need to outsource some of the implementation. On my end all the project management/analysis would continue to be done. After reading the 4 hour work week by Tim Ferris, I'm looking to try some of the ideas that he goes thru in his book. Any recommendations would be appreaciated. Thanks.      |

| We will continue with Project Management, Business Analysis and Interface Design tasks, while looking to outsource the following: - Development of new and expanding software products where specific requirements are detailed in an SRS. (Complexity: Medium) - Maintenance/Updates of existing software where lists of specific tasks are provided originating from users, approved by our project managers. (Complexity: Low) -Testing (Complexity: Low) We develop primarily in C# .net, asp.net and MS Sql Server. We use AxoSoft’s OnTime2008 for project management. They would be required to use this tool thru its web interface, provided by us. -------------------- what kind of implementation are you looking to outsource? web/window app? -WEB MOST OFTEN. SOMETIMES WINDOWS APP what is your deadline like? what is your exit criteria/acceptance of implementation completed? -ONGOING. FIRST PROJECT WILL BE A PILOT what are your terms and conditions? -TBD |
