I am quite a technical person, I know some PHP, Perl, JavaScript and HTML (and also other non web development languages such as C, C++, C# and Java). I can help with anything that uses those technologies (not design). I also have basic knowledge of site vulnerabilities for Cross Site Scripting and Cross Site Request Forgery so if you made a personal site I can casually test it for those vulnerability. I don't mind doing some of these stuff for free as long as i get credit where it's due. Keep in mind that i am student so i won't have expert knowledge of the above, although most of the stuff floating about on the net come under working knowledge.
