Good morning Guys- I manage a network of about 70 active PCs and want remote control access to 10 of them that are off site and set up through a VPN. Would ten licenses of pcAnywhere cover that need? Would i be able to remotely access the computers with the software without the user allowing me to? Would i be able to observe use without interrupting use? Any other suggestions of software otherwise? My boss doesn't want to use logmein.com's IT Reach software. Thanks! Dave |

Have you thought about using Zenworks? It allows you to remote into computers, we use it at my place of work extensively. Over a thousand computers in a VERY large building = too many silly users to physically go help at once. If the majority of these computers aren't doing any specialty tasks and primarily just using email/word/internet why not implement a thin client solution?
