Default Encryption on an USB disc

I have a ~300GB USB disc. I would like to encrypt about half of it (filenames in addition to the rest). I would also like to use that Data on any computer that I plug my USB harddisc into.

Some of those encrypted files are MP3s. I would like to plug the Disc into my computer, give it a password and be able to use the MP3 on the fly without extracting them first.

Is there a program that someone can recommend?

Windows. I use Vista (home) on my main one but would like to be able to use the data also on other computers.

As I recommended on another thread, look into truecrypt. It may or may not solve your needs, but I personally find it pretty cool.
