Default Goal Setting Software

I'm not very technically adept, but I'm trying to shift from a paper-based goal and life planning system to one that I can use on my computers at work and at home. Does anyone have any recommedations for goal setting software? I'd like something that's relatively easy to use. Also, it's important that I be able to effectively track my progress in various areas. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
