Help me make my blog better

I am looking for feedback on my blog at BlissOfBeing.com. What do you all think about

Design and layout
--The look and feel of the sidebars and overall navigation of the site
Content
--Do you all like what I am talking about? What should I talk about more?

Generally the blog is about alternative lifestyle choices (raw foodism, co-operative living, ext), modern spirituality (meditation, Ekhart Tolle, Adyashanti, Gangaji, Engaged Buddhism, Neo-Taoism, ext), and personal development (Wayne Dyer, Depak Chopra, Paul Scheele, NLP, The Sedona Method, Mind-Body interaction, ext)

Also I would like to redesign my Binaural Beat website HealingBeats.com. The same questions above apply to this site, but I am more concerned about the blog at this point.
