I think a mod has to raise your thread to sticky level, so you might want to ask them if you want to make one. At least that's my best guess. There doesn't seem to be a good explanation any where on the site. |

Altanative: You write a thread that a Mod finds worthy of being sticked and that Mod will stick it without you having to ask him.
