Default I downloaded a wordpress theme I like...now what?!?!

I want to convert only PART of my website to this new simplistic wordpress theme. It would only be one category. I downloaded it to my computer and extracted the files only to find a bunch of ".dll" files which my computer is unable to open.

I use perfect website creator. How do I download the template to that program?

I think to install a wordpress theme, you will have to need wordpress installed on you webserver.

Or

If there is a converter for converting wordpress themes to pwc that should do it to.

Do you want to use wordpress? (mt) has 1 click installs for wordpress if you do.

If you just want the look and feel to use on your own, you'll need to know html and some css. I have no idea why dll's came with a theme, that sounds wrong.

Yeah... WordPress themes don't come with dll's. Are you sure that what you downloaded was actually a WordPress theme?

And I'm not sure I understand your original question, but if you want to use the design you found in a WordPress theme for a static website, then (like Andrew said) you'll need to know your way around html and css to do that. Or, if you want to actually use WordPress, then you'll have to install it on your server and upload the theme in order to use it.

I would first make sure, though, that the files you downloaded are really a WP theme, because I never heard of a theme that comes with dll's.
