 Wordpress Posting Problem Just wondering if anyone has ever had a problem in Wordpress where whenever you go to save a post or publish it, the page re-loads with a blank screen, but hte post does get posted to the database. The page sits on ../post.php so if I click refresh it will create a duplicate post of the one I just saved. If I go to admin it works fine. It's almost like when I go to post it posts and then gets some form of error and craps out when reloading the page. ANy ideas?

| Yep, same thing happens on one of my wordpress blogs. I think it's from some custom change I must have made, but I have no idea what it was. |

Hmm.... I found out the error is a databse connectivity thing. But then it starts working again without changing antyhing. Almost like the # of connectiosn to the DB gets overloaded or something. Maybe some plugin is opening too many connections to the DB at the same time?

| I have mybloglogwidget and askimet, but i don't think i have any of the others on your list. Plus, my other blogs have those too and don't have the problem. Sometimes these things are themed based. I have hacked my theme pretty badly, so I'm pretty sure that's my problem! |
